Best way to report a converter issue

Send a short Markdown sample, the plain-text output you expected, and the output you actually saw. Small examples are better than full documents because they make it easier to isolate whether the issue is caused by links, lists, tables, code blocks, spacing, or copy behavior.

For privacy questions, please include the relevant page and the specific concern so we can respond accurately. For business or integration requests, a short summary of your use case helps us route the message appropriately.

What we can help with

We can review conversion bugs, confusing wording, broken links, accessibility problems, privacy questions, and practical Markdown cleanup workflows. We cannot recover text after you clear your browser storage, because conversion content is not intentionally stored as a server-side document.

We aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days, though complex requests may take longer if we need to verify behavior or reproduce an issue.
